Helpful Reminders For Sponsors

On the Friday evening of the weekend please have your candidate to Bellinger Hall between 7:30-8:00pm.  It is important to stick to this time frame so that the team can make their final preparations for the weekend.

 

Candidate banners need to be at Bellinger Hall on Friday evening.  Bed Palanca needs to be in the Palanca Room no later than 5:00pm on Saturday.  Also, remember instead of giving all of your palanca to your candidate on the weekend 4th Day Palanca can be a fun reminder and extension of the weekend.

 

Please do not take pictures of the candidates during the weekend or post pictures to social media.  There is a Koinonia photographer taking pictures and we are working on posting them on the website.
