Helpful Reminders For Sponsors

On the Friday evening of the weekend please have your candidate to Gregory Hall at Camp at Findley between 7:00-8:00pm.  It is important to stick to this time frame so that the team can make their final preparations for the weekend.

 

Candidate banners need to be at at Camp at Findley on Friday evening. All Palanca needs to be delivered to Camp at Findley on Friday evening after the candidates move to the Discovery room at about 8:10pm.  Also, remember instead of giving all of your Palanca to your candidate on the weekend 4th Day Palanca can be a fun reminder and extension of the weekend.  All of the bed Palanca must fit into ONE brown paper bag.  Do not bring large, bulky gifts for bed Palanca.

 

Please do not take pictures of the candidates during the weekend or post pictures to social media.  There is a Koinonia photographer taking pictures and we are working on posting them on the website.
